Our security measures are continuously revised in accordance with technological developments.
As a user, you have the right to request information free of charge regarding the personal data saved about you. You also have the right to the correction of incorrect data, and to the restriction of processing or the deletion of your personal data. If applicable, you can also exercise your right to data portability. If you believe that your data has been processed unlawfully, you can also submit an appeal to the regulatory authority responsible.
Deletion of data
If your wish does not conflict with a statutory obligation to store data (e.g. data retention), you have the right to demand that your data be deleted. Data stored by us will be deleted if it is no longer required for the original purpose and if no statutory storage periods apply. If it is not possible to delete data because the data may be required for legally permissible purposes, a restriction of data processing shall take place.
